Larisa has never believed women need to fit neatly into one professional box.

Alongside a long career in affordable housing leadership, she built The Larisa Group as an umbrella for her entrepreneurial ventures, including business consulting and real estate. She is the host of Divas, Diamonds & Dollars, a podcast created for women navigating leadership, money, entrepreneurship and what’s next. She is also the author of From Grim to Great, which explores the lessons and possibilities that can emerge when life doesn’t go according to plan.

That combination of corporate leadership and entrepreneurship informs much of Larisa’s work today. She understands the demands of building something of your own while maintaining a career, managing responsibilities and making financial decisions for the future—because she has done it herself.

Her message is especially relevant to women at midlife and beyond who are asking bigger questions: What else can I build? How do I make my experience work harder for me? How do I create more options for the years ahead?
