Larisa Troche is a business strategist, author, speaker, corporate leader, real estate broker and investor who believes experience is one of a woman’s most valuable assets—and it should be put to work.
For more than three decades, Larisa has built a career at the intersection of leadership, business, real estate and financial empowerment. Her work spans executive leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, real estate investing, speaking and media, giving her a perspective shaped not only by what she’s studied, but by what she’s built, led and lived.
Alongside a long career in affordable housing leadership, she built The Larisa Group as an umbrella for her entrepreneurial ventures, including business consulting and real estate. She is the host of Divas, Diamonds & Dollars, a podcast created for women navigating leadership, money, entrepreneurship and what’s next. She is also the author of From Grim to Great, which explores the lessons and possibilities that can emerge when life doesn’t go according to plan.
Her message is especially relevant to women at midlife and beyond who are asking bigger questions: What else can I build? How do I make my experience work harder for me? How do I create more options for the years ahead?
Her work encourages women to lead with confidence, think like owners, build assets, create multiple pathways to income and make decisions that expand rather than limit their future choices.
